Cancellation policy Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Terms and conditions Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the voucher date unless otherwise stated. Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against overnight stays, dining, drinks, and afternoon tea. Please note, monetary vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. No change can be given. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and valid at The Castle Hotel Windsor only. Reservations are subject to availablity and exclude special dates.
